Teleperformance SE in Barcelona, Spain, seeks Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representatives to support Booking services for international travelers and partners. You will handle inquiries by phone and email, mediate between customers and providers, and follow internal processes to deliver high-quality service.

Requirements include a valid disability certificate, C2 Spanish, B2 English, Office 365 and CRM familiarity, and at least 6 months in a customer-facing role.

Formación

• C2 level of Spanish and B2 level of English, both written and spoken.
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable using Office 365 and CRM systems.
• At least 6 months in a customer-facing role or equivalent training.

Responsabilidades

• Managing customer inquiries related to services, payments and technical matters.
• Providing accurate and professional information via phone and email.
• Acting as an effective mediator between customers and accommodation providers.
• Following established internal processes to ensure high-quality service in all interactions.
