Autodesk Consulting is seeking a Lead Consultant to join our Southern Europe team, supporting strategic customers across France, Italy, Spain and Portugal. This is a hybrid role combining business consulting, industry expertise, solution implementation and customer advisory.

You will lead customer engagements from discovery through value realization, translating complex business challenges into practical Autodesk-enabled solutions and guiding cross-functional teams to measurable outcomes.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or Operations (AECO).
• Deep expertise in at least one AECO sub-industry with business process understanding.
• Proven experience leading customer engagements from strategy through implementation.

Responsabilidades

• Build trusted relationships with customer executives and project teams.
• Design implementation approaches balancing business priorities and value.
• Lead consulting engagements coordinating Autodesk specialists and partners.
• Provide hands-on implementation services for Autodesk solutions.
• Drive adoption through change governance and best practices.
• Identify opportunities to expand value and collaborate with Sales & Success.
