Emergo by UL seeks a Senior Sales Executive for Medical Device Consulting Services in the EMEA region. The role is customer-facing and involves selling premium Human Factors advisory services with advanced technical credibility.

The position can be remote or hybrid from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague, with up to 30% travel. You will drive sales, engage clients, and shape offerings in Human Factors for medical devices and life sciences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in business, human factors engineering, biomedical engineering or life sciences.
• 5+ years of consultative sales experience.
• Medical device and/or life science industry experience.
• Strong technical credibility to engage clients and respond to inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for HF advisory services throughout the sales cycle.
• Understand client needs and present Emergo by UL's value proposition in proposals.
• Meet/exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
• Develop sales pipeline via proactive outreach and trade shows/conferences.
• Collaborate with SMEs to craft customized advisory solutions that deliver value.
• Maintain relationships and prioritize target accounts throughout the year.
• Travel to client sites and events as needed (up to 30%).
