Emergo by UL is seeking a Senior Sales Executive for Medical Device Consulting Services in the EMEA region. The role can be remote or hybrid from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague, with a strong consultative sales focus and deep technical credibility in Human Factors advisory services.

You will manage the full sales cycle, develop a regional pipeline, present tailored HF solutions, and collaborate with experts to close multi-million-dollar deals while traveling up to 30% as needed.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s/graduate degree in business or related field required.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• 5+ years of consultative sales experience with targets (>$3M/year).
• Medical device or life science industry experience required.
• Human Factors knowledge preferred.
• Strong business acumen and sales process understanding.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

Mansioni

• Serve as the primary contact for HF advisory services throughout the sales cycle from initial contact to contract execution.
• Understand customer needs and articulate Emergo by UL's value proposition in presentations and proposals.
• Meet/exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas; work with SMEs to tailor advisory solutions.
• Develop sales pipeline via proactive outreach and industry events.
• Build trust with customers, identify needs, and integrate HF solutions into product development.
