Xplor is seeking an SDR Manager in Spain to lead and scale our outbound SDR function for the EMEA region. You will recruit, onboard, coach, and develop a high-performing SDR team while driving predictable pipeline for the Account Executive org.

This hands-on leadership role requires success in building outbound teams, establishing best practices, and developing SDRs from hiring through ramp and ongoing performance management.

Formación

• Experience managing outbound SDRs in a B2B SaaS context.
• Proven success hiring, onboarding, ramping, and developing SDRs.
• Experience leading remote or distributed teams across time zones.
