Supersonik in Barcelona is hiring a SDR Manager to build and lead a founding SDR team that will generate qualified enterprise meetings across North America and Europe. You will establish the outbound engine, coach the team, and align closely with the AE unit as the GTM strategy evolves.

We expect hands-on leadership, strong English communication, and a willingness to relocate to Barcelona. The role centers on creating scalable processes, defining targets, and driving a high-velocity outbound

Formación

• 2+ years managing an outbound SDR team in B2B SaaS.
• Track record of your team hitting meeting and pipeline targets.
• Hands-on: you can pick up the phone and book meetings yourself.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate.
• Comfortable with afternoon hours to cover North American time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Build out processes for a founding team of 5 SDRs.
• Own team targets for meetings and pipeline.
• Coach daily on calls, messaging and objection handling.
• Build and document the outbound playbook.
• Partner with AEs on account strategy and handoffs.
• Set up the metrics, cadences and tooling the team runs on.
