Leading International Organization is seeking a Sales Director EMEA to define and execute the regional commercial strategy, driving growth and strengthening market presence across multiple countries.

You will lead a large, multicultural sales team within a matrix organization, own regional P&L, manage go-to-market, pricing, channels, and partnerships, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations and Finance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of international commercial leadership experience.
• Experience managing regional P&L and cross-functional teams.
• Fluent English; additional European languages valued.

• Drive sales performance, profitability and market share across multiple countries.
