Job summary

Gurobi Optimization seeks a Director of Marketing - EMEA to lead multi-channel campaigns, brand positioning, demand generation, and cross-functional collaboration across the EMEA region.

You will mentor a high-performing marketing team, drive content strategy, and ensure data-driven decision making to grow pipeline, engagement, and brand awareness. This role reports to the executive team and partners with sales, product, and customer success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, including 3–5 years in leadership.
• Experience in demand generation, campaign management, and digital marketing.
• Strong background in marketing analytics, automation tools, and CRM platforms.
• Experience leading marketing programs for SaaS or technology-focused businesses.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention.
• Align marketing initiatives with company objectives and sales priorities to maximize impact.
• Optimize digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, email, social) and ABM strategies.
• Drive lead-generation initiatives to support sales pipeline and business expansion.
• Use data-driven insights to refine targeting and maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success to align marketing efforts.
• Oversee development of high-quality content (whitepapers, case studies, webinars, blogs, videos).
