You will apply data-driven decision making, optimize campaigns, and ensure consistent messaging while mentoring teams to achieve marketing excellence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B marketing, with leadership experience.
• Proven demand generation, campaign management, and digital marketing track record.
• Strong analytics, automation tools, and CRM proficiency.
• Experience leading programs for SaaS or technology businesses.
• MBA or related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and pipeline.
• Align marketing with sales, product, and customer success objectives.
• Manage digital marketing: SEO/SEM, email, social, content marketing.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing marketing team.
• Define and monitor KPIs to optimize budget and ROI.
