Baxter Planning, founded in 1993 with an office in Barcelona, seeks a Business Development or Emerging Sales Executive to join the Go-To-Market team in the EMEA region. This remote role supports two account executives and a technical lead, focusing on new logo pipeline development in SaaS for service parts planning.

You will prospect, qualify opportunities, and collaborate with marketing, solution consulting, sales, and customer success to exceed monthly quotas.

Formación

• 2–3 years of prior sales development or related experience.
• Experience in supply chain, service or manufacturing sectors preferred.
• Native English with strong presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage outbound prospecting to maximize conversion and pipeline development.
• Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives and build your own pipeline.
• Research target accounts by revenue, location, and service strategy.
• Identify senior contacts and articulate business value of Baxter Planning solutions.
• Accurately enter, update, and maintain daily activity in Salesforce and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Aim to exceed monthly quotas and contribute to team success.
