Job summary

Jobgether in Spain is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to shape GTM operations across the EMEA region. You will partner with Marketing, Sales, Solution Engineering, and Customer Success to drive pipeline accuracy, forecasts, and data-driven decisions.

You will optimize processes, ensure data hygiene, and collaborate with regional stakeholders and global teams to scale revenue growth and accountability. This role offers visibility into strategic initiatives and cross-functional impact across

Qualifications

• Typically experience leading Revenue/Go-to-Market operations for GTM teams.
• Proven ability to manage forecasting, pipeline reviews, and senior stakeholders.
• Experience with multi-market regional operations (EMEA preferred).
• Hands-on with Salesforce translating business needs into technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary Revenue Ops partner for EMEA leaders across Marketing, Sales, and CS.
• Coordinate with regional teams to resolve operational questions and drive processes.
• Lead regional forecasting, pipeline reviews, and business performance meetings.
• Adapt global GTM processes to regional needs while documenting variations.
• Analyze pipeline trends and sales metrics to propose growth initiatives.
• Provide insights into territory performance and pipeline coverage for plans.
• Support rollout of new sales motions and measure adoption across teams.
• Collaborate with global ops to translate stakeholder needs into technical requirements.
