Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience managing programs or leading a functional program team.
• Experience in a Region or Global Marketing organization.
• Ability to communicate effectively with C-level and VP-level stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills, including project planning and team building.
• Experience with structured problem-solving methods and reporting tools, including Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Solid understanding of financial concepts.
• Ability to work in a global team environment.
• Experience with marketing tools suite such as marketing automation and intent/insights tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field.
• Lean Methodology / Six Sigma experience.

• Lead the EMEA's integrated agenda for new-customer demand generation and marketing process excellence.
• Turn installed-base intelligence and external market signals into qualified pipeline.
• Establish scalable standard work for campaigns, events and related marketing execution.
• Connect strategy, data, technology and cross-functional delivery to improve speed and governance.
• Oversee data quality, enrichment, segmentation and lead-routing requirements.
• Establish governance across lead forecast/actuals, lead quality, and pipeline contribution.
• Run pilots and scale high-performing lead sources and campaign models.
