Johnson Controls, Inc. seeks a seasoned Program Manager to lead EMEA demand generation and marketing process excellence. You will convert installed-base intelligence and market signals into qualified pipeline, while establishing scalable work for campaigns, events and related execution.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Service and analytics teams across regions to optimize lead routing, governance and measurable commercial impact. Hybrid work in Madrid is offered.

Formación

• 8+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience in regional/global Marketing.
• Ability to communicate with C-level stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and PM skills.
• Experience with marketing automation and insights tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead EMEA demand generation and marketing process excellence.
• Turn installed-base intelligence into qualified pipeline.
• Establish scalable standard work for campaigns, events and marketing execution.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Service and analytics teams.
• Oversee data quality, segmentation and lead routing.
• Provide governance on lead forecast, quality and pipeline.
