Thermo Fisher Scientific in Madrid is seeking a Senior Director of Marketing to lead our marketing function and drive growth through digital marketing, e-commerce, and demand generation. You will partner with Sales and Portfolio Management to set strategy and optimize performance across markets.

You will manage a large, international team, shape go-to-market plans, oversee marketing technology, and deliver data-driven campaigns.

Formación

• Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years in digital marketing and e-commerce in a B2B context.
• Proven expertise with marketing technology stacks and big data analytics.
• Experience leading marketing strategies in retail/distribution and managing managers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of marketing professionals to drive Go-To-Market and market activation.
• Oversee Digital Marketing and e-Commerce initiatives and demand generation.
• Drive commercial growth and revenue through data-driven marketing tactics.
• Provide cross-functional leadership and enablement across the organization.
