Qualifications

• Formal marketing training or certification.
• Experience delivering growth outcomes in a digital-first consumer business.
• Strong measurement discipline across CAC, funnel metrics, activation, and retention.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end growth strategy and operating plan for the market across the full customer funnel.
• Define market-level analytics, cohorts, and test-and-learn roadmaps for continuous improvement.
• Partner with central Media to shape local acquisition strategy and targets.
• Build lifecycle programs across onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and cross-sell.
• Design local referral and incentive strategies aligned to global frameworks.
• Collaborate with Marketing Tech to translate local needs into roadmap priorities.
• Work with Product to embed growth loops and in-app conversion improvements.
• Coordinate with Legal, Risk, and Compliance to maintain regulatory standards.
• Lead in-market growth team or matrixed resources and foster experimentation-led culture.
• Present performance and investment insights to senior leaders with clarity.
