SPI Pharma seeks a Regional Marketing Lead for the EMEA region, based in Barcelona or Peterborough, with hands-on experience in shaping regional marketing strategies and leading demand generation without direct reports.

You will partner with global and regional teams to localize campaigns, manage budgets, generate qualified leads, and drive revenue growth while travel up to 30% across the region.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or related field; equivalent international degree.
• Minimum 4+ years in regional or field marketing in pharmaceutical or science industries.
• Proven ability to plan and execute marketing programs end-to-end with ownership.
• Strong digital marketing, demand generation and campaign analytics.
• Experience with content development, copywriting, editing and proofreading.
• Experience creating executive-level presentations and communications.
• Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite).
• Experience using Canva or similar design tools is preferred.
• Experience in a global organization with distributed teams; willing to travel up to 30%.

• Plan and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital, events, content, and partnerships.
• Manage campaign lifecycle from concept to performance analysis; ensure consistent messaging.
• Plan regional events, trade shows and webinars; represent the company at industry events.
• Collaborate with sales to support lead generation and pipeline development.
• Monitor ROI and key marketing metrics; report to stakeholders.
