Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a seasoned Marketing Programs Leader to own and optimize the EMEA demand generation agenda, turning installed-base signals and market insights into qualified pipeline and scalable campaign execution. You will drive alignment with sales, data analytics, and regional leaders to forecast, qualify, and activate campaigns across markets.

You will partner with global and regional teams to define plans, ensure data quality, and govern lead routing, measures, and governance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing programs/projects or leading a program team
• Experience in a Region or Global Marketing organization
• Ability to communicate effectively in a technical environment with C-level/VP stakeholders
• Strong organizational, planning, and team-building skills
• Experience with structured problem-solving and reporting tools; proficient with PowerPoint
• Solid understanding of financial concepts
• Ability to work in a global team
• Experience with a marketing tools suite (marketing automation; intent/insights tools)

Responsibilities

• Lead the EMEA's integrated agenda for new-customer demand generation and marketing process excellence
• Turn installed-base intelligence and market signals into qualified pipeline
• Establish scalable standard work for campaigns, events, and marketing execution
• Partner with campaign leaders; translate growth priorities into lead-generation plans and forecasts
• Oversee data quality, lead routing, and governance across CRM processes
• Design playbooks, SOPs, templates, RACIs and stage-gate controls
• Facilitate cross-functional process design and continuous-improvement workshops
• Lead change management and governance to monitor adoption and outcomes
