Bunge is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support our European Corporate Functions from Barcelona. You will partner with senior leaders to drive organizational design, talent management, workforce planning, and integration efforts across Europe.

You will embed global HR frameworks with local alignment, coach leaders, and lead change during an exciting transformation journey across multiple countries and cultures. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.

Formación

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant HRBP work in a multinational
• Proven success partnering with senior leaders and influencing decisions
• Strong skills in organizational design, change management, workforce planning, and talent management
• Experience supporting teams across multiple countries and cultures
• Solid knowledge of employee relations and labor-related matters
• Ability to translate business needs into people solutions with strong business acumen
• Experience in business transformation, mergers & acquisitions, or large-scale change
• Proficiency with HR systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or similar)
• Curiosity for technology and AI-enabled HR solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in Spanish and English; additional European languages are an advantage

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a strategic partner to the business, driving outcomes through talent, organization, and workforce strategies
• Partner with leaders to support workforce planning, talent strategies, and organizational priorities across Europe
• Ensure right talent in the right roles through organizational design, succession planning, and role clarity
• Implement and evaluate talent management solutions including performance reviews and leadership development
• Provide coaching to leaders to strengthen capability, engagement, and performance
• Drive core HR processes with global frameworks and local alignment
• Use data and insights to improve productivity and organizational effectiveness
• Lead change management initiatives during integration and transformation
• Provide guidance on employee relations and labor matters with HR teams
• Align people strategies with regional and local execution across Europe
