Silimed in Spain is seeking a strategic People & Management Manager (EMEA) to lead HR operations and management strategy across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Based in Spain with a hybrid work model, you will partner with regional leaders to cascade global goals and drive continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in international, multicultural environments (Healthcare/Pharma/Medical Aesthetics or regulated industries).
• Full-cycle HR operations: talent acquisition, L&D, performance, culture.
• Ability to diagnose bottlenecks and turn data into action plans.
• Leadership and influence across regional leaders and exec management.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
