Job summary

Autodesk, Inc. is seeking a Client Services Team Manager (M1) to lead a team of 8–10 specialists, manage performance, and support multiple regional sales operations from Barcelona or Dublin with a hybrid-remote policy.

The role requires fluent English and an additional European language, plus experience in SAP/Siebel/Salesforce.com. You will report to the EMEA GEO Client Services Manager and collaborate across global teams while delivering high partner satisfaction and driving efficiency through

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of customer service experience.
Experience with SAP sales order management, Siebel, and Salesforce.com preferred.
Fluent in English and at least one other European language.

Responsibilities

Lead 8–10 direct reports and conduct regular one-to-ones and team meetings.
Oversee performance management and coaching for team members.
Support Sales regional operations, EOQ, escalation, DRB approval and issue resolution.
Communicate with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders at all levels.
Drive KPI improvements and ROI for the CS organization.
