Job summary

Autodesk in Barcelona is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager for AECO to help large enterprise customers optimize their product investments and achieve measurable outcomes. You will act as the technical lead, bridging between customers and Autodesk teams to ensure reliable and secure deployment of cloud and desktop applications.

The role requires 5+ years in AECO, strong analytics, and fluency in French, Spanish and English; experience with Revit and cloud services is preferred.

Qualifications

• BS in Architectural, Civil or Construction Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years supporting Autodesk AECO products for large enterprises.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to troubleshoot enterprise environments.
• Experience delivering presentations and managing multiple projects.
• Fluent in French, Spanish and English; additional European language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical point of contact for Enterprise customers and align with CSM/TAS.
• Handle priority issues, monitor SLAs and ensure proactive success experience.
• Provide technical recommendations based on data analytics for AECO customers.
• Collaborate with customer's IT/design groups for installation, licensing and performance of Autodesk apps.
• Lead coaching sessions to increase adoption and success plans.
• Deliver proactive engagement through regular case reviews and health governance.
• Lead major upgrades and strategic insights for customer success.
