Autodesk is seeking an Client Services Team Manager (M1) to lead a team of 8–10 direct reports in a hybrid-remote setup, based in Barcelona or Dublin. You will report to the EMEA GEO Client Services Manager and drive customer satisfaction, performance, and operational excellence across designated sales regions.

The role requires fluent English and an additional European language, plus 5+ years in customer service. Experience with SAP, Siebel, and Salesforce is preferred.

Formación

• Fluent in English and another European language is required.
• At least 5 years in customer service with a service-oriented mindset.
• Strong digital fluency and ability to use CRM tools effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct regular one-to-ones, team huddles, and monthly/quarterly team meetings with direct reports.
• Handle performance management, coaching, and improvement plans for direct reports.
• Manage escalations and ensure timely, high-quality responses to customers and partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and regional managers to align on goals.
• Drive KPI tracking, ROI measurement, and continuous process improvements.
