Job summary

Wipro is seeking a Technical Coordinator to drive end-to-end Edge IT Platform delivery across markets and sites from Barcelona in a hybrid work model. You will coordinate demand, readiness and handover to run teams.

You will align daily activities with site contacts, platform teams, MSPs, Field Services and OEMs; track prerequisites and asset lifecycle; coordinate testing, runbooks and handover to support teams.

Qualifications

• Coordinating infrastructure deployments across multiple sites and markets.
• Strong planning, documentation discipline across ITSM/change processes.
• Vendor/MSP/OEM coordination across several sites and stakeholders.
• Working understanding of LAN/WAN/Cloud connectivity and CMDB.
• Clear communication with technical teams and stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate deployment plans, milestones, readiness checks, and cross-team dependencies.
• Gather and clarify market/site demand; maintain logs of decisions and risks.
• Align daily activities across site contacts, platform teams, MSPs, Field Services and suppliers.
• Track site access, prerequisites and asset/CMDB lifecycle updates.
• Perform routine inspections and log readings.
• Coordinate testing, closure evidence, runbooks and handover to support teams.
• Identify and support preventive maintenance activities with vendors and technicians.
• Assist in rack setup, power provisioning and cable management.
