Vantage Towers seeks a Site Design, Plan & Deployment Expert to drive end-to-end network deployment efforts in Madrid. You will coordinate with customers and vendors, monitor dashboards, ensure SLA adherence, and lead budgeted deployment projects with a focus on safety and quality.

The role requires strong English and Spanish, 5+ years in deployment, and a proactive, collaborative mindset. Hybrid work model available with competitive benefits and training opportunities.

Formación

• At least 5 years of professional experience in network deployment positions.
• Experience in customer and vendor interaction in cellular sector is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Customer service assurance and service dashboards to guarantee SLAs.
• Service tracking meetings with customer leadership.
• Prepare and monitor service dashboards for SLA compliance.
• Provider service assurance and leadership meetings with providers.
• Daily contractor/vendor deployment incident management.
• Manage budgets and delivery targets for network deployment projects.
• Lead telco and infrastructure deployment projects with customers and vendors.
• Civil works drawing expertise.
• Apply H&S and SGC policies and VT standards.
