XIOR Student Housing in Málaga is seeking an Operations Assistant to manage front desk duties and guest relations. You will handle check-in/check-out, assist students by counter, mail, and phone, and coordinate with cleaning, catering, and maintenance teams.

The role requires hospitality-related studies, Spanish and English skills, and a proactive approach to customer service. A competitive salary with additional benefits is offered in a dynamic workplace.

Formación

• Studies in Hospitality Industry, Tourism, and Business Administration (formative degrees, diplomas…) will be positively valued.
• You speak Spanish, as well as English.
• You know how to work with MS Office.
• You have some interest and knowledge of costumer service, social networks and new technologies.

Responsabilidades

• You are the (first) face of our reception at the student residence.
• You take care of our customer service; you help students at the counter, by mail, and over the phone.
• You manage reservations and therefore the check-in and check-out process. You provide our students with the necessary keys and cards.
• You accompany visitors and future clients during open days, a tour of the facilities, etc.
• You support the administration office.
• You monitor the building and take care of coordination between the different departments (cleaning, catering, maintenance & gardening).
• You apply the necessary protocols in emergencies.
