Xior Student Housing is seeking an Operations Assistant for Lofttown Residence in Barcelona. The role involves front-line customer service, handling reservations, and coordinating between departments in a 140-room residence.

Responsabilidades

• Manage reservations and handle check-in/check-out; issue keys and information.
• Accompany visitors during open days and facility tours.
• Support the administration office and coordinate between cleaning, catering, maintenance, and gardening.
• Apply necessary protocols in emergencies; work in rotating 40-hour weeks from 7am to 11pm.

We are looking for a dynamic, versatileOperations Assistant, who is eager to join a student residence with 140 rooms in Barcelona. You will be working inan educational environment, with an exclusive package of services and accommodation in an exceptional location.

• You take care of the customer service; you help students at the counter, by mail, and over the phone
• You manage reservations and therefore thecheck-in and check-out process. You provide our students with the necessary keys,cards and information
• You accompanyvisitors and future clients during open days, atour of the facilities, etc.
• You supportthe administration office
• You monitorthebuilding and take care of coordination between the different departments (cleaning, catering,maintenance &gardening)
• You apply the neccesaryprotocols in emergencies
• Thisrolerequires you to work in shifts, with arotating schedule of 40-hours a week, planned within Monday to Sunday from 7am to 11pmwith correspondingweekly breaks and holidays.

Your profile:

• Studies in relation to Hospitality Industry, Tourism, and Business Administration (formative degrees, diplomas …) will be positively valued
• You speak Spanish, as well as English
• You know how to work with MS Office
• You have some interest and knowledge of costumer service,social networks and new technologies
