Xior Student Housing in Málaga is seeking a Residence Manager to lead operations across two student residences, overseeing a team and driving occupancy, revenue and profitability. You will ensure an outstanding resident experience and represent Xior locally, aligning with company standards while balancing operations and financial performance.

• Bachelor's degree in related field; equivalent professional experience considered.
• Minimum 5 years in hospitality, tourism, property management or service industries.
• Experience managing multi-site operations and large teams.
• Experience with budget ownership and operational reporting.
• Proven leadership and performance-driven mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day operations of two residences with high-quality resident experience.
• Manage a local team of 6-7 employees and develop performance.
• Oversee resident-facing operations: check-ins/outs, complaints, community initiatives.
• Own the P&L and drive occupancy, revenue and profitability targets.
• Monitor budgets, costs, KPIs and ensure timely reporting and forecasting.
