Job summary

Cross Border Talents is hiring a Dutch Sales Representative to grow a portfolio of Dutch clients from Barcelona, with full relocation support. The role combines hybrid work and a fast start on 2 November 2026 in an innovative tech environment.

You will manage the full sales cycle, build long-term client relationships, and drive opportunities in the Netherlands and Belgium. A strong Dutch and English proficiency is required, with KPI-driven targets and room for growth.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Dutch (written and spoken).
• Proven client-facing experience: sales, account management, customer success, business development or similar.
• Professional English (B2 or higher).
• Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven, self-motivated and comfortable working toward KPIs.
• Available to start on 2 November 2026.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle with Dutch-speaking clients, from first contact to closing
• Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships by phone, email and video call
• Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads in the Dutch and Belgian markets
• Present our technology solutions clearly and persuasively to decision-makers
• Negotiate terms and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly targets
• Keep accurate pipeline and client records in our CRM
• Work closely with marketing, account management and support teams to deliver an excellent client experience
