Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Barcelona is looking for a Dutch Sales Representative to manage and grow our Dutch and Belgian client portfolio from our Barcelona office. You’ll work in Dutch and join a fast-growing tech company with relocation support and a hybrid work model.

The role starts on 2 November 2026, with a clear path to senior sales, team lead or account management as you perform in a multicultural, international team.

Qualifications

• Native or fully fluent Dutch required.
• Proven client-facing experience mandatory.
• Professional English (B2 or higher).
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sales cycle with Dutch-speaking clients from first contact to closing.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships by phone, email and video call.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in Dutch/Belgian markets.
• Present our tech solutions clearly to decision-makers.
• Negotiate terms and close deals to meet targets.
• Keep accurate pipeline and client records in CRM.
• Collaborate with marketing, account management and support teams.
