Cross Border Talents in Barcelona is seeking a Sales Ads and Onboarding Specialist fluent in Dutch to manage and grow a portfolio of clients. You will onboard new clients, craft strategic PPC campaigns, and drive early wins with a commercial mindset.

Relocation support is available; the role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international setting, loves sales, client success, and account development, and wants to build long-term partnerships in the Dutch market.

Formación

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience (MA/MSc preferred).
• Dutch language at C2 level and a high level of English (both written and spoken).
• 2+ years of proven sales/marketing experience in target-driven environments.
• Regularly integrates AI tools into workflows and interprets insights to personalize outreach; experienced in improving CRM systems.
• Deep understanding of Dutch business etiquette, cultural nuances, and regional digital marketing ecosystems.
• Awareness of GDPR and data privacy to ensure compliant outreach.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard new clients and develop strategic, results-driven PPC campaigns for immediate impact and long-term sustainability.
• Drive revenue growth by outbound calls; focus on increasing spend and campaign upsell.
• Engage with the Dutch market to detect customer needs and offer adapted solutions.
• Manage a high volume of accounts and maintain an updated customer database with complete information.
• Work to meet or exceed performance targets and sales KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
• Cultivate long-term loyalty by building strong relationships and providing timely resolutions to inquiries.
• Adapt to changing customer needs and business priorities to ensure high-quality service and sales support.
