Top Jobs Abroad Sl is hiring a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative in Alicante, Spain for a major telecom provider. You will assist Dutch customers with mobile, internet and TV queries, activate SIMs, troubleshoot connections and upsell suitable products.

The role is full-time with a permanent contract, a 2-month probation, paid training and a hybrid work setup after onboarding (3 days home, 2 days in the office). Fluency in Dutch (C2) and English (min B1) is required.

Competenze

• Fluent Dutch (C2) in speaking and writing.
• English level at least B1.
• Customer-friendly with strong communication and commercial mindset.

Mansioni

• Assist customers with activations and setups for mobile, internet and TV.
• Resolve mobile internet problems and investigate slow connections.
• Help customers install equipment and answer technical questions.
