Cross Border Talents in Barcelona is seeking a Sales Ads and Onboarding Specialist fluent in Dutch to manage a portfolio of clients and drive growth. You will onboard new clients, develop PPC strategies, and upsell services while collaborating with a dynamic, international team.

The role requires 2+ years in sales/marketing, strong Dutch and English skills, and comfort with AI tools and CRM systems. Barcelona relocation support is offered to eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in marketing or communications.
• 2+ years of proven sales and/or marketing experience in target-driven environments.
• Experience onboarding clients and growing accounts.

Responsabilités

• Onboard new clients and advise on objectives to develop PPC campaigns with immediate impact.
• Drive revenue growth through outbound calls and upselling.
• Engage with the Dutch market to identify needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Manage a high volume of accounts with accurate data in the CRM.
• Work to meet or exceed sales KPIs in a fast-paced setting.
• Build lasting relationships with stakeholders and provide timely resolutions.
