Job summary

Hiring International Academy in Barcelona is seeking a Dutch-speaking Sales Ads and Onboarding Specialist to manage a growing client portfolio, onboard new clients, and drive PPC campaigns for immediate impact.

You will engage the Dutch market, upsell campaigns, analyze performance, and build lasting relationships in a fast-paced, international setting that rewards results and initiative.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent practical experience; MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred
• Dutch at C2 level and high level of English (both written and spoken)
• 2+ years of sales/marketing experience with a track record of client success
• Regularly uses AI tools in workflows and interprets insights to personalize outreach
• Deep understanding of Dutch business etiquette and regional digital marketing ecosystems
• Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy regulations for compliant outreach
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to handle ROI questions
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a team

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and advise on strategic PPC campaigns for immediate impact and long-term growth
• Drive revenue by outbound outreach and campaign upselling to increase spend
• Engage with the Dutch market to identify needs and propose adapted solutions
• Maintain a high-volume client database with accurate information
• Aim to meet or exceed sales KPIs in a fast-paced environment
• Cultivate long-term relationships with stakeholders and provide timely resolutions
• Adapt strategies quickly to changing customer needs and priorities
