Cross Border Talents seeks a Sales Ads and Onboarding Specialist fluent in Dutch to join our Barcelona team. You will onboard clients, grow a portfolio, and craft PPC campaigns while engaging the Dutch market and driving revenue through outbound calls.

Strong English and Dutch, 2+ years in sales/marketing, and CRM/AI know‑how are essential. Relocation support is available, with a dynamic, international environment in Barcelona.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Dutch C2 and high English proficiency.
• 2+ years sales/marketing experience in target-driven environments.
• Experience with AI tools and CRM improvements.
• Understanding of GDPR and data privacy.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ROI knowledge.
• Resilient and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of Dutch market and digital marketing ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and develop strategic PPC campaigns for immediate impact and long-term sustainability.
• Drive revenue growth by outbound calls; upsell campaigns and increase spend.
• Engage with the Dutch market to identify needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Manage a high volume of accounts and maintain an up‑to‑date customer database.
• Meet or exceed performance targets and sales KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
• Cultivate long-term loyalty by building relationships and resolving inquiries.
• Adapt quickly to changing customer needs and priorities to deliver high-quality service.
