Cross Border Talents is seeking a Sales Ads and Onboarding Specialist (Dutch Speaker) to join our Barcelona team. You will onboard new clients, craft strategic PPC campaigns, and grow revenue through outbound outreach, while maintaining strong relationships with a growing portfolio of Dutch-speaking clients.

The role sits in Barcelona with relocation support. You will navigate a fast-paced, international environment, leveraging AI tools to optimize campaigns and drive client success.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Dutch (C2) and English (C2) proficiency, written and spoken.
• 2+ years proven sales/marketing experience in fast-paced environments.
• Regularly integrates AI tools into workflows and interprets insights.
• Deep understanding of Dutch market etiquette and digital marketing ecosystems.
• Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy regulations for compliant outreach.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle ROI questions.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and advise on objectives to develop results-driven PPC campaigns.
• Drive revenue growth through outbound calls and upsell opportunities.
• Engage with the Dutch market to identify needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Manage a high volume of accounts and maintain a complete, accurate database.
