Cross Border Talents in Barcelona, Spain, is seeking a Sales Ads and Onboarding Specialist fluent in Dutch. Onboard clients, drive PPC campaigns, and expand revenue while connecting with the Dutch market.

You will manage many accounts, optimize campaigns, and contribute to KPI targets in a fast-paced, international setting. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of sales/marketing experience, strong Dutch and English, and comfort with AI tools and CRM systems.

Formación

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience; marketing/communications preferred.
• Fluent in Dutch (C2) and strong English, both written and spoken.
• 2+ years of proven sales or marketing experience in target-driven settings.
• Regularly uses AI tools to personalize outreach and improves CRM usage.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard new clients and advise on strategic PPC campaigns for impact.
• Drive revenue growth by outbound selling and campaign upselling.
• Engage the Dutch market to uncover client needs and tailored solutions.
• Manage a high volume of accounts with accurate data in the CRM.
• Meet or exceed sales KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
• Build long-term relationships and provide timely resolutions.
• Adapt quickly to changing needs and priorities to maintain quality.
