Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Dutch Speaking Fitbit Products Support Specialist to join our Sofia-based team. You will be the primary contact for Dutch-speaking users, troubleshooting wearable issues and guiding customers through health-tracking features.

Success in this role requires native Dutch, strong communication skills, and a willingness to relocate to Sofia. Prior experience in technical support or customer service is a plus in the fitness-tech space.

• Participate in ongoing product training to stay at the forefront of the latest fitness technology innovations
• Contribute to the team's success by meeting established performance KPIs within our Sofia-based office

Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written)
• Valid EU passport (mandatory)
• Passionate interest in the fitness and wellness industry and wearable technology
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, for this on-site opportunity
