Join is launching an exciting customer service project in our international contact center and seeks motivated, Dutch-speaking candidates to join a growing team.

Deliver high-quality service via phone, email, and ticketing, handling delivery tracking, returns, and general inquiries. You will document interactions, meet KPIs, and collaborate with internal teams in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Native-level Dutch, both written and spoken.
• English for internal communication and training.
• Previous experience in customer service, a call center, or contact center is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with empathy and patience.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality customer service via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Assist customers with delivery tracking, parcel-related issues, returns, and general inquiries.
• Ensure interactions are professional, empathetic, and customer-focused.
• Handle customer requests efficiently while meeting KPIs and quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer cases.
• Accurately document interactions and maintain up-to-date records in internal systems.
