WorkNomads is seeking a Dutch/Flemish Customer Service Specialist to join our remote Europe-based team, supporting a leading waste management project. You will represent a respected international brand and provide exceptional support to Dutch-speaking customers.

In this role you will handle a high volume of inquiries via phone and e-mail, manage 50–60 inbound calls per day, document interactions, and ensure timely resolutions while keeping empathy and professionalism at the forefront.

Formación

• Fluency in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
• Proven experience in high-volume customer service or contact centres.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Handle a high volume of inbound enquiries via phone and e-mail with professionalism.
• Manage 50–60 inbound calls per day and related e-mails and Salesforce cases.
• Assist customers with waste collection services, schedules, billing and service requests; ensure timely resolutions.
