The Lemon Consulting is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist for an on-site role in Valencia, Spain. The successful candidate will support Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat, handling orders and product inquiries while maintaining high service standards.

Requirements include native or near-native Dutch and fluent English, plus at least 1 year in a fast-paced customer-facing role. Spanish work eligibility is required.

Formación

• Native or near-native Dutch language skills and fluent English.
• Minimum 1 year in a fast-paced customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with multiple channels and systems.
• Based in Valencia or nearby, eligible to work in Spain/EU.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email and live chat.
• Handle questions, orders and product-related enquiries.
• Resolve complex cases and identify practical solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers when required.
• Manage cases across channels while maintaining KPIs.
• Identify root causes and contribute to process improvements.
• Maintain accurate customer data in systems.
• Meet productivity and quality targets.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in every interaction.
• Participate in meetings and improvement projects.
