Qualifications

• Speaks and writes Dutch fluently.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Dutch.
• Support customers via Live Chat and email.
• Assist with questions about online orders, payments, products and promotions.
• Record customer interactions accurately in the ticketing system.
• Strive for high customer satisfaction and continuous service improvement.
• Collaborate with the team and across channels to meet targets.
• Potential to support customers via social media with training.
