FH Collective - Academy is hiring a native or bilingual Dutch-speaking Account Executive in Madrid to drive the full sales cycle for the Dutch market. You will manage outreach, meetings, trials, and subscriptions, coordinating with the Customer Experience team after a signup.

This hybrid position requires outbound calling, a KPI-driven approach, and the ability to work US hours. On-site onboarding in Madrid with ongoing hybrid work and growth potential.

Formación

• Native-level or bilingual Dutch proficiency.
• Residential requirement: must already reside in Spain (no relocation).
• 1-6 years of commercial experience (BDR/SDR/outbound).
• KPI/metrics-driven mindset and comfort with cold-calling.
• Availability aligned with US time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the complete sales cycle from first contact to subscription close.
• Hand over accounts to Customer Experience after subscription.
• Utilize system-assigned leads effectively.
• Handle a high volume of calls (80-100 per day).
• Hit KPIs for calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions, and monthly recurring revenue.
