Cross Border Talents in Madrid, Spain, is seeking a Dutch-speaking Account Executive to join our international sales team. You will manage the full sales cycle for the Dutch market, handle inbound and high-volume outbound sales activities, conduct product demonstrations, and guide customers from free trials to paid subscriptions.

This permanent, full-time role offers a €30,000 base salary with a €600 monthly commission target, an uncapped commission structure with multipliers, and a quarterly

I'm currently looking for Dutch-speaking professionals to join an international team as an Account Executive in Madrid, Spain.

What You'll Do

• Manage the full sales cycle for the Dutch market.


• Handle inbound and high-volume outbound sales activities.


• Conduct product demonstrations and client meetings.


• Guide customers through free trials and convert them into paid subscriptions.


• Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Salary & Commission

• €30,000 gross annual base salary.


• Monthly commission target: €600.


• Uncapped commission structure with performance multipliers.


• Quarterly Super Bonus for top performers.


• Clear career progression to AE2 (€35,000 base) and AE3 (€40,000 base).

Working Hours

• Monday-Thursday: 09:00-18:00


• Friday: 09:00-15:00
