Cross Border Talents is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an international team on-site in Sofia. You will help Dutch-speaking customers, respond to inquiries, and document interactions to ensure a smooth service experience.

Relocation support is provided, including temporary accommodation and help finding long-term housing, within an international and multicultural working environment in Bulgaria.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Dutch.
• Good command of English.
• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Comfortable working in an international environment.
• Eligible to work in Bulgaria or the EU.

What We're Looking For

• Native or fluent Dutch
• Good command of English
• Customer service, hospitality, retail, or other customer-facing experience is preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in an international environment
• Willing to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria
• Eligible to work in Bulgaria or the European Union
