Our client is hiring a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an international team on-site in Sofia. You will handle Dutch-speaking customer inquiries across channels, respond clearly, document interactions, and escalate complex cases as needed.

Relocation support and temporary housing are provided to help you settle in Sofia and thrive in a global work environment.

Formación

• Native or fluent Dutch
• Good command of English
• Customer service, hospitality, retail, or other customer-facing experience is preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in an international environment
• Willing to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria
• Eligible to work in Bulgaria or the European Union
