Cross Border Talents in Madrid is seeking a Dutch Outbound Sales Agent to proactively engage potential business clients through cold calls, present solutions, and drive the full sales cycle.

You will identify opportunities, qualify leads, schedule product demonstrations, and collaborate with teams to ensure smooth onboarding. A strong Dutch and English proficiency is required, plus EU/Greek residency eligibility and B2B tech sales experience.

Formación

• Fluent in Dutch at C1/C2 level and English at B2 level.
• EU citizenship or valid Greek residency card required to be eligible.
• Previous experience in B2B tech sales is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective business clients to generate new sales opportunities.
• Identify customer needs and present products or services that align with their business objectives.
• Qualify leads and build a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting activities.
