Cross Border Talents in Madrid is seeking a German Outbound Sales Agent to join a hybrid team. You will contact potential business clients, present products, qualify leads, and manage the full sales cycle from first call to closing.

• Previous experience in B2B tech sales.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective business clients to generate new sales opportunities.
• Identify customer needs and present products or services that align with their objectives.
• Qualify leads and build a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting activities.
• Engage decision-makers, handle objections, and communicate the value of the company's solutions.
• Schedule product demonstrations or meetings and support prospects throughout the sales journey.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing opportunities and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates in CRM systems.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience.
