Job summary

ADM Value Barcelona is seeking a Dutch Customer Service Advisor in Barcelona (Poblenou) with a hybrid work setup. You will be the main contact for loyalty programme members, handling emails and multi-channel inquiries, and delivering personalised support to ensure member satisfaction.

You should be comfortable communicating in Dutch and English, with strong attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset. Prior experience in customer service or travel-related sectors is a plus.

Qualifications

Excellent command of Dutch, both spoken and written.
Comfortable communicating with customers through different channels.
Empathetic, patient and focused on customer satisfaction.
Willing to learn and use digital tools.
Professional in English.

Responsibilities

Responding to customer enquiries through email and other communication channels.
Helping members manage their loyalty accounts, miles and benefits.
Explaining how miles can be earned, used and redeemed.
Handling questions related to bookings, accounts and programme services.
Providing clear, professional and personalised answers.
Following up on more complex enquiries and complaints until a solution is found.
Keeping customer information accurate and up to date in our CRM tools.
Contributing to a smooth, reliable and high-quality customer experience.
Sharing customer feedback and helping us continuously improve the service.
