ADM Value Barcelona is hiring native Dutch speakers to join a dedicated customer service team for the loyalty programme of a major international airline. You will be the main contact for loyalty members, handling enquiries, miles, benefits, and bookings with a focus on high-quality service.

This is a no-sales, customer-service position in Barcelona Poblenou with a hybrid work model. The role offers full-time hours, onboarding support, and a dynamic international environment.

Qualifications

• Native Dutch speaker with excellent written and spoken Dutch.
• Professional level of English required.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
• Organised, autonomous and solution-oriented in a dynamic environment.
• Comfortable using computer systems and CRM tools.

Responsabilités

• Respond to customer enquiries by email and other channels.
• Assist customers with loyalty accounts, miles and benefits.
• Explain how miles are earned, used and redeemed.
• Handle bookings and loyalty programme related enquiries.
• Provide clear, professional, personalised responses.
• Follow up on complex requests until resolved.
• Maintain high-quality customer experience and CRM data.
• Contribute to service quality improvements.
