Konecta in Barcelona is seeking a native or bilingual Dutch speaker to join our inbound customer support team for one of our clients. You will handle customer contacts by phone or email and provide professional service in a fast-paced call centre environment.

Working hours span 10:00 to 21:00 with two days off per week; after an initial on-site period there is potential to work from home. We offer comprehensive onboarding, a sea-view office, and benefits including a discount portal and private

Formación

• Native or bilingual Dutch speaker.
• Available to work from our offices in Barcelona.
• Strong communication skills and computer proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound customer contacts by phone or email.
• Provide professional and efficient customer support in a call centre environment.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate information following procedures and guidelines.
• Resolve customer inquiries and resolve complex cases when necessary.
• Complete tasks such as case follow-up, data entry, and request processing.
• Follow company policies, quality standards, and data protection rules.
